Management Events has a lot of directions for growth where you can always learn more and try different roles. Personally, I went from Sales Manager to adding on Motivational & Commitment Officer role which means overseeing and organizing various activities across Europe in order to boost our sales. Then I also became an onboarding trainer coaching our new sales stars across Europe, taking them on an 8-week onboarding program. Lately, I stepped up as a Sales Team Manager and became responsible for a team of Sales Managers driving them to reach their goals. If none of this sounds like you, you can also go the Account Management way, which means you focus mainly on managing our larger accounts.

The first 3 months of this job are tough, but if you learn from your team and work hard, it soon pays off."
