The Middelburg location also hosts the Group’s central engineering office, responsible for designing and optimizing innovative systems. About the role

- A full-time 40-hour work week with flexible working hours, in an international, professional, and dynamic team;
- Competitive gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €5,500 depending on experience, plus commission based on sales targets;

Required Skills
- A relevant technical education with strong affinity for technology;
- Several years of proven sales track record;
- Strong focus on new business development;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Proficiency in French, and English;
- A relevant network is a plus, ideally with connections to installers and EPC firms that specify projects;
Key Responsibilities
- Actively develop the industrial segment such as industrial heating, power generation, food and marine.
- Create new business opportunities and grow market share.
- Build long-term relationships with potential clients.
- Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Apply a strong value proposition in a professional way to generate revenue and growth.
- Work closely with the sales team and receive support from the Customer Service Center.
- Combine home office work with regular visits to clients and prospects on-site.
