As a Commercial Co-ordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role supporting marketing and trade operations for a portfolio of well-known brands. You’ll work closely with the commercial team, marketing, finance, and external partners to help execute impactful campaigns and ensure seamless coordination across all stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
  • Experience with campaign coordination, budgeting, and reporting
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the commercial team with day-to-day trade marketing operations across multiple brands.
  • Coordinate campaign implementation with retailers, agencies, and licensees.
  • Prepare ROI and campaign reports, provide recommendations for optimization. 
  • Organize and manage sampling activities, trade promotions, and POS material distribution.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment.
  • Become the in-house expert on key commercial systems and tools.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
  • Provide administrative and operational support during team absences.
