Required Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
- Experience with campaign coordination, budgeting, and reporting
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Support the commercial team with day-to-day trade marketing operations across multiple brands.
- Coordinate campaign implementation with retailers, agencies, and licensees.
- Prepare ROI and campaign reports, provide recommendations for optimization.
- Organize and manage sampling activities, trade promotions, and POS material distribution.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment.
- Become the in-house expert on key commercial systems and tools.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- Provide administrative and operational support during team absences.
