Introduction
As an International Sales Coordinator, you are the commercial backbone of the sales team. You support account managers, maintain direct contact with international clients and ensure that the entire sales process — from quotation to delivery — runs smoothly. This is not a passive support role, but a position where you actively think along, identify opportunities and take ownership.
You will join a close-knit international team of around 15 colleagues, where initiative is valued and your ideas truly make an impact.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in a commercial or customer-facing role
- Fluent in German and English (French is a plus)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Structured and organized way of working
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain overview
- Proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- Commercial awareness and affinity with sales processes
- Experience with order processing and administrative workflows
Key Responsibilities
- Support the international sales team in daily operations
- Act as the first point of contact for international clients
- Prepare, send and follow up on quotations
- Process and monitor orders and commercial administration
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain clear communication between internal teams and customers
- Identify commercial opportunities and process improvements
- Contribute to optimizing workflows and collaboration
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
