As an International Sales Coordinator, you are the commercial backbone of the sales team. You support account managers, maintain direct contact with international clients and ensure that the entire sales process — from quotation to delivery — runs smoothly. This is not a passive support role, but a position where you actively think along, identify opportunities and take ownership.

You will join a close-knit international team of around 15 colleagues, where initiative is valued and your ideas truly make an impact.

Required Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in a commercial or customer-facing role
  • Fluent in German and English (French is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Structured and organized way of working
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain overview
  • Proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude
  • Comfortable working in an international environment
  • Commercial awareness and affinity with sales processes
  • Experience with order processing and administrative workflows

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the international sales team in daily operations
  • Act as the first point of contact for international clients
  • Prepare, send and follow up on quotations
  • Process and monitor orders and commercial administration
  • Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain clear communication between internal teams and customers
  • Identify commercial opportunities and process improvements
  • Contribute to optimizing workflows and collaboration
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
