Internal Sales

Manager and Back-Office to support commercial plans, manage suppliers,

manage stock

 Fluent in French or Dutch. Good level of English. Other language appreciated

 Previous experience in a similar role in export, preferably in the industry.

 Be interested in technology

 Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

 Proficiency in IT tools. (Internal IT tools)

 Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines..

 Provide sales related support for other departments within the company

(internal) and for Memolub’s extensive distributor network (external).

 Order entry and follow up of orders with all related documents (shipping,

customs, export…)

 Communicate effectively with international customers to resolve issues related

to orders, inventory, shipping and payments

 Manage suppliers : orders, payments, stock

 Manage declarations and ensure compliance with regulations related to our

activities
