About the role

- Salary between €4,000 and €7,500 gross per month (depending on experience)

Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international B2B sales
- Experience in capital equipment, machinery, or industrial environments preferred
- Strong technical affinity and interest in packaging machinery
- Experience working with distributors or partner networks
- Proven proactive new business development experience
- Ability to engage at operational, tactical, and strategic levels
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus (depending on region)
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 40%)
- Independent, entrepreneurial, and long-term oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand international distributor and partner networks
- Drive proactive new business within assigned region
- Visit partners and end customers (approx. 40% travel)
- Provide technical-commercial advice on packaging solutions
- Support partners during commercial and installation processes
- Identify market opportunities and growth potential
- Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts
- Coordinate internally with engineering and aftersales teams
- Contribute to the expansion of new product lines such as pallet stretch wrappers
