International Sales Manager

Introduction

Are you ready to drive international growth within a leading global machine builder? As an International Sales Manager at Lantech, you are responsible for expanding and maintaining distributor and partner relationships within your region (e.g. Benelux, DACH, UK or France). You operate in a partner-driven sales model, combining proactive new business development with long-term relationship management.

Lantech is a global leader in end-of-line packaging machinery, including case erecting machines, case sealers and pallet stretch wrappers. From the Malden office, you collaborate with a close-knit European team while working closely with colleagues in the USA and other regions worldwide. This is a highly autonomous field-based role with approximately 40% international travel and direct commercial impact.

About the role

Benefits

  • Salary between €4,000 and €7,500 gross per month (depending on experience)
  • Performance bonus up to 20%

Required Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international B2B sales
  • Experience in capital equipment, machinery, or industrial environments preferred
  • Strong technical affinity and interest in packaging machinery
  • Experience working with distributors or partner networks
  • Proven proactive new business development experience
  • Ability to engage at operational, tactical, and strategic levels
  • Fluent in English; German is a strong plus (depending on region)
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 40%)
  • Independent, entrepreneurial, and long-term oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand international distributor and partner networks
  • Drive proactive new business within assigned region
  • Visit partners and end customers (approx. 40% travel)
  • Provide technical-commercial advice on packaging solutions
  • Support partners during commercial and installation processes
  • Identify market opportunities and growth potential
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts
  • Coordinate internally with engineering and aftersales teams
  • Contribute to the expansion of new product lines such as pallet stretch wrappers
