Required Skills

  • 0–3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in the interior industry)
  • Affinity with design, textiles, or interiors
  • Basic knowledge of consultative selling and closing
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Commercial mindset and results-driven attitude
  • Structured and organized way of working
  • Existing network within A&D, hospitality, workspace, or mobility sectors is a plus
  • Ability to think conceptually and build value propositions
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Based in or near Amsterdam

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Manage and grow your own sales pipeline
  • Close deals using a consultative selling approach
  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Identify target customers and market opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and the commercial team
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demos
  • Contribute to the commercial growth and positioning of BYBORRE
