Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree (HBO) in ICT, Computer Science or a related field
- CSSA certification
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Pega System Architect
- Experience developing with Pega Constellation
- Experience with Pega Customer Service is considered a strong advantage
- Experience working with JIRA
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Fluent English (Dutch is a plus but not mandatory)
- Ability to work collaboratively within Agile / DevOps teams
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance enterprise applications using the Pega Platform.
- Participate in refinement sessions and Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) workshops.
- Design and implement Proof of Concepts for new features.
- Build both front-end and back-end functionality.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and DevOps colleagues.
- Coach and support fellow developers on technical challenges.
- Continuously improve application performance and maintainability.
- Contribute to innovative projects that support large-scale digital transformation.
- Apply best practices in software engineering and low-code development.
- Ensure high-quality, scalable and future-proof software solutions.
