About the role

Required Skills
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electromechanics or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven on-site experience is essential
- Excellent command of English; French is an advantage
- Proactive, result-driven, and hands-on mindset
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in a technical environment is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for projects from order to delivery within scope and timeline
- Translate project requirements to production and engineering teams
- Coordinate communication with clients and stakeholders
- Monitor project finances and negotiate additional work
- Analyze and resolve issues during execution
- Lead project meetings and report on progress
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Support continuous process improvements
