Sales Representative

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in sales of medical devices or capital equipment to hospitals
  • Strong ability to build relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English (additional languages like Dutch/German are a plus)
  • Self-driven with strong ownership and resilience
  • Comfortable with long, consultative sales cycles
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel ⟶ Europe

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive new customer acquisition and generate qualified hospital leads
  2. Manage sales pipeline from first contact to signed contracts
  3. Present and demonstrate Concord solutions to clinicians, procurement and leadership teams
  4. Navigate complex hospital purchasing environments
  5. Negotiate and close sales agreements for capital equipment and implementation
  6. Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts
  7. Represent Concord Neonatal at medical conferences and industry events
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales tools and market approach
