Required Skills

  • You have relevant experience in a commercial role in the polymer industry and/or in business development for a specific polymer group.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
  • You are eager to learn portfolio brands and are willing to travel frequently within your region.
  • You are customer-focused, and a true go-getter.
  • By nature, you are a team player with a proactive problem-solving attitude, strong sense of ownership and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide commercial and technical support to a defined customer portfolio in the Benelux region.
  • Proactively identify and acquire new customers and build strong relationships with OEMs.
  • Follow up on project pipeline, including regular reviews with key suppliers.
  • Plan and conduct customer visits, logging outcome and follow-up in our CRM system.
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into practical solutions leveraging our diverse product portfolio and service proposition. 
  • Take full ownership of your own budget, volumes, and margins.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments and innovations in the polymer industry.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including inside sales and product managers.
