What skills do you have?


  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Law and licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdiction

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Legal Counsel or similar role, preferably in corporate or retail sectors

  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • High integrity, discretion, and professionalism

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French, German or other languages is a plus

Your main tasks:

  • Provide accurate and strategic legal counsel to management on a wide range of topics

  • Lead compliance and risk management initiatives ensuring adherence to laws and regulations

  • Draft, negotiate, and review contracts including vendor, employment, and privacy agreements

  • Advise on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal trends and regulatory changes

  • Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities
