Required Skills
- You have solid experience in customer interaction and know how to build lasting relationships.
- You possess excellent organizational skills and can effectively manage multiple priorities at once.
- With strong communication skills, you are able to engage and inspire both internal and external stakeholders.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch or French; knowledge of additional languages such as German or Spanish is considered an asset.
- You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- You take ownership of your work and demonstrate a high level of accountability in every task.
- Familiarity with the Food or Health & Nutrition industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- You are responsible for managing all types of customer interactions, inquiries, and issues, building long-term relationships based on trust and open, proactive communication;
- You handle customer complaints efficiently, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within set deadlines, and ensure lasting resolution through consistent follow-up;
- You support the sales team with an inside sales mindset, contributing to activities such as preparing sales forecasts, quotations, and offers;
- You collaborate actively with departments including Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Regulatory, and Marketing & Communication to maintain a high level of service excellence;
- You manage and update various data sets, including customer details, sales forecasts, and complaints, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- You maintain clear and organized records of customer interactions, account information, and related documentation;
- You stay informed about product developments, market trends, and industry insights to provide knowledgeable and value-added customer support;
