Your main tasks

Ashkan is doing client development today and, you guessed it, achieving our goal with only founder-led sales is not gonna work.

And that’s where you come in. With new clients, you are the one who gets our foot in the door.
That foot could be placing one of our Data Engineers at the prospect to help their new Data & Analytics team set the foundation for their data platform. Or placing one of our Machine Learning Engineers to close a knowledge gap in their ML project.
You’ll do so in a way that overlaps with how you make placements today; prospecting your network of Hiring Managers, qualifying the leads, building cases, and presenting proof of value.
Except for the candidate search. No chasing Data Engineers & Scientists on LinkedIn, because they are your colleagues, here at DataChef.
Then, with our foot in the door, we expand our services when the client needs more help. They usually do, but it’s on you to find the right clients where there is potential for growth.

Because the goal here is not to only provide extra hands to companies. It’s partnering up to solve their entire problem by providing talent, products, training, guidance, and strategic advisory.
